1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of Invoice Max Pro — the mobile apps, the backend dashboard, and this marketing site (together, "the Service"). By creating an account, installing the app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & account responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account, including the teammates (admin, team lead, rep) you give access to. Notify us at [email protected] if your account may be compromised.
3. Subscription & billing
Invoice Max Pro is a subscription service. The admin pays a flat monthly rate plus a per-seat rate for each teammate, billed through Stripe in the currency configured for your account. Renewals extend an active subscription; lapsed subscriptions restart from re-subscription. Pricing is shown on the pricing section and may change for new renewal periods with at least 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Invoice Max Pro to violate any law or third-party right, send spam or phishing, upload malware, attempt to compromise the Service or its infrastructure, resell or sublicense the Service unless on a Partner tier that explicitly permits it, or reverse engineer the apps or APIs.
5. Your data
You own the business data you put into the Service — clients, products, sales records, print templates, and the like. We need a limited license to host, transmit, and back up that data so the Service can function. You can export your data anytime as CSV or via API. Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
Invoice Max Pro, including the apps, the backend, the design, the documentation, and the brand, is owned by Invoice Max Pro and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your subscription is active. No other rights are granted by these Terms.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties — Stripe (payments), Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), Apple/Google sign-in, cloud hosting. Your use of those integrations is subject to the third party's own terms and privacy practices, in addition to these Terms.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability and continuous improvement, but the Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure incidents, and dependencies (Stripe, FCM, app stores) can affect uptime. The offline-first design lets your reps keep working through brief outages.
9. Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the backend dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for sustained acceptable-use violations or non-payment after notice. On termination, we keep your data for up to 90 days so you can export it, then delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. INVOICE MAX PRO IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Changes
We continue to evolve Invoice Max Pro. Material changes to the Service or these Terms are announced by email to admins and posted at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Invoice Max Pro is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local law.
