1. Who we are
Invoice Max Pro is an offline-first invoicing and field-sales platform used by small businesses, distributors, and route-based delivery teams. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Invoice Max Pro mobile apps (iOS, iPadOS, Android), the web dashboard, and this marketing site.
2. Information we collect
Account details (name, email, optional phone, business name, role), the business data you put in the app (clients, products, orders, invoices, templates), device and usage information (model, OS, app version, crash reports, high-level metrics), billing metadata (card brand, last 4 digits, billing country — full card details stay with Stripe), and sign-in identifiers when you use Google, Apple, or verified phone-number login.
3. How we use information
To run the service: sync data between your devices, generate invoices, print receipts, scope data to the right route/store/company. To process subscription payments and send renewal reminders. To send service notifications. To provide support. To investigate abuse and security incidents. To improve the product through aggregated, non-identifying metrics. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the contents of your business records for advertising.
5. Where data is stored
Data is hosted on commercial cloud infrastructure in the region closest to your operational base. The app keeps a local copy on each device so it works offline; that local copy syncs back to the cloud when connectivity is available. Transit is encrypted with TLS, and the cloud datastore uses encryption at rest.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your business data while your account is active. If you cancel, we retain it for up to 90 days so you can reactivate without losing anything, then delete it. Billing records that we are legally required to keep (invoices, tax records) are retained for the period required by applicable tax law.
7. Your rights
You can see most of the data we hold about you in the app and the backend dashboard, export your business records as CSV or via API, correct anything inaccurate, and delete your account and the data associated with it. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights (GDPR, CCPA, and similar), email us at [email protected] to exercise them.
9. Children's privacy
Invoice Max Pro is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are announced by email to active admins and posted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date.
