Invoice Max Pro grew out of a few too many evenings spent re-typing the same invoices on a desktop that the rep had already filled in by hand on the road. We decided to stop doing that.
Our mission
Make field invoicing as fast offline as it is on the strongest WiFi. Reps shouldn't wait for the network, admins shouldn't double-type, and a customer shouldn't watch you fumble with a tablet to print a receipt that already exists in the system.
How we got here
We started as an internal tool for a distribution team running routes across the city. The pattern repeated everywhere — paper sheets in the morning, hours of re-keying at night. We rewrote the workflow around the device the rep already had, then layered the back-office on top. Today the same engine powers solo operators with one route and franchises running multiple companies in parallel.
What we believe
- Reps are users too. Their app deserves the same fit-and-finish as the admin dashboard.
- Data should be theirs. Every byte you put in, you can export — CSV or API.
- Offline is not a fallback. It's the default mode, and the cloud catches up afterward.
