From offline device to Odoo backend
Each order created offline joins a local sync queue on the device. As soon as a connection returns, the app pushes those records to your Odoo backend automatically. Reps do not have to remember to sync, press extra buttons or babysit the process. It simply happens in the background while they keep selling.
No duplicates, correct ordering
Every queued record carries a unique identifier, so an order is committed to the backend exactly once even if the network flickers mid-upload. Items are sent in the sequence they were created, which keeps invoice numbering, stock movements and daily totals consistent across the whole team.
- Exactly-once delivery, even on flaky connections
- Chronological ordering preserved for clean records
- Automatic retries until each item is confirmed
- Clear status so reps see what is pending or synced
Sensible conflict handling
When two devices touch the same client or stock, the queue resolves the difference with predictable rules and flags anything that needs a human decision. Managers get a trustworthy backend instead of guesswork, and the field team never has to reconcile spreadsheets at the end of the day.
